Step 1: Choose ½ - 1 cup unsweetened liquid
Coconut water
Almond milk
Water
Coconut milk
Hemp mi
Chilled green tea
Step 2: Choose 1 BIG handful of a leafy green
Spinach
Kale
Beet greens
Swiss chard
Romaine lettuce

Step 3: Choose 1-3 fresh or frozen fruits

1 banana
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 cup spinach
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
½ cup ice
