IN STUDIO CLASS Reservations can be made 7 days prior to class


IN STUDIO CLASS Cancellations -  All cancelations made within 24 hours will be processed as a "Late" cancel and a class pass will be deducted or a $15 late charge will be charged to the credit card on file.  ALL cancellations must be done on MindBody.  No phone or email cancellations will be accepted.  If you are required to self isolate as per AHS Public Health guidelines please cancel your reservation immediately on MindBody and then email the studio to inform us.     

IN STUDIO CLASS Waitlist - You can be added to the class up to 60 mins before class.  IF you are added to the class and cancel your reservation or reply NO - you will be charged as a late cancel.  IF you do not attend class you will be charged as a No Show.  IF you can no longer attend class remove yourself from the waitlist    


Studio B allows guests to make class reservations online 7 days prior to the scheduled class right up to the start of class. Studio B highly recommends online or mobile class reservations. ALL Reservations will be held up to 10 minutes prior to the start of class time. At which time all open spaces will be given to guests on the wait list or on stand-by.
Studio B has the right to process all no-show reservations as a class attended. No refund will be granted for no-show reservations.


If class is full you will be placed on the waitlist. Studio B will send you an automated email or text message to notify that you have received a place in class. The email or text message will be sent in advance of 60 minutes before class. It is your responsibility to check your email if you are on the waitlist to avoid a missed class charge.
If you do not have regular access to email you may call the studio to check your status on the waitlist at 780-757-2773.
Each class is structured to allow for a waitlist of 10 participants.
The option to cancel your spot on the wait-list can be found on Mindbody under the Classes Tab >>My Schedule >> Waitlist button to the far left of your screen.
If you are added to the class all late cancels and no-shows will be processed. If you are unable to make class or your plans change it is your responsibility to take your name off the waitlist.


Studio B will have the right to revoke registration privileges for delinquent accounts. Studio B has the right to process all no-show reservations as a class attended. No refund will be granted for no-show reservations. Studio B will charge a $15 “No show fee” for monthly and annual members. This fee must be paid before your next class.


Studio B understands that sometimes life gets in the way of fitness classes. We are happy to make accommodations for guests who require cancellation assistance.
If you cannot attend a class that you are scheduled for simply remove yourself from the class by signing into the on-line software. If you need to cancel a single class reservation Studio B requires a minimum of 2 hours notice. If you fail to remove yourself within the allotted time frame your account will be deducted as if you attended class.
If you cancel less than two hours before class it will result in the deduction of one class from your class package or a $8.00 BARRE Late Charge, $15 SOAR Late Charge


Monthly Auto Renew Members may request in writing for their membership to be cancelled with 15 days notice. Notice to cancel is fifteen (15) days and as such an additional monthly fee may be drafted if notice is less than fifteen (15) days from the next auto-payment date. email with your cancellation request


Monthly auto-renew members may place memberships on hold for a minimum of 10 days. Hold requests can be emailed to A minimum of 3 days notice is required. All hold requests must include the start and end date of the hold request. All memberships will reactivate on the date requested, or at an earlier date if required.


All punch passes expire 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. REFUND POLICY
Studio B YEG requires all class payments be received before the start of any class.
Studio B YEG will work to make accommodation for guests on a case by case basis. RETAIL MERCHANDISE
Select merchandise such as apparel can be returned, if in re-saleable condition, within 7 days of purchase.
Socks can only be returned if in original packaging.
For sanitary reason all water bottles are final sale. CLASS CARD REFUNDS
Studio B YEG will offer refunds for unused services within 7 day of purchase.
For class card refunds all classes used will be charged at the drop in rate and subtracted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be issued for classes attended.
Studio B YEG class cards and memberships are non-transferable. Studio b YEG MONTHLY AND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS
Studio B YEG will refund monthly and annual memberships for the full cost (minus class attendance), within one week of initial activation.
Studio B YEG will not refund used classes.
