Low impact and high energy classes that move to the beat and focus on full body health. 9 years ago we raised the barre and now we SOAR above it. Rebounding is the most fun, challenging and full body cardio you can do. Using more muscle energy per bounce making it twice as effective as any other cardio workout and burning 50% more fat than running all while being NO impact.
