With four 30-minute workouts per week—strength, cardio, and Pilates-inspired movement—you’ll build strength, support mobility, and boost energy without overthinking your schedule. Follow the plan as written or adapt it to your life, with the option of live classes to keep you accountable.

Rebounding is the most fun, challenging and full body cardio you can do. Using more muscle energy per bounce making it twice as effective as any other cardio workout and burning 50% more fat than running all while being NO impact.
