Rebouding is low impact and high energy that moves to the beat and focuses on full body health. Rebounding is the most fun, challenging and full body cardio you can do. Using more muscle energy per bounce making it twice as effective as any other cardio workout and being 30% more effective than running, all while being low impact. Inspired by the feeling of flying we developed our signature SOAR rebouding program.

We designed our SOAR rebounding classes to be the perfect blend of easy to follow simple movements combined in a way that challenges coordination and propreoception keeping it fun and engaging. The best way to explain our method is to try it out!
Our regular SOAR classes combine different types of tracks for a full body experience.

SOAR: steady state, zone 2 cardio, with fun choreography from start to finish
Sprint: faster/higher intensity movement intervals combinded with rest intervals to improve VO2 max and enhance cardiovascular and metabolic function
Sculpt: muscle driven movements that challenge your balance, stability and coordination while keeping your heart rate slightly elevated. Combines strength with movement

We created two additional beginner workouts—one focused on SOAR + Sculpt and the other on SOAR + Sprints—to give you a quick, approachable way to experience the two signature styles we use in our full classes. Instead of blending everything together like we normally do, we separated the formats so you can get a unique taste of each: one that builds strength and stability, and one that introduces short bursts of energizing intervals. Both videos are intentionally shorter, simple to follow, and designed to help you discover what type of movement feels best in your body as you build confidence on the rebounder.

We’re Elissa and Megan, the founders and instructors behind Studio B. Between the two of us, we’ve taught thousands of classes and have been rebounding for over 10 years, guiding women through movement that feels effective, empowering, and genuinely fun.
