What This Challenge Is

The 30 Minute Mix Challenge is a 10-week, 4-day-a-week program combining strength, cardio, and Pilates-inspired movement — all in 30 minutes or less.

You don’t need perfect weeks to succeed here. You’ll get structure, flexibility, and expert instruction—so this fits into real life, not the other way around.

Live support to keep you consistent

To support those starting in February, this challenge also includes LIVE Zoom B Strong classes every Monday evening at 7:00 PM MST for 10 weeks.

These live classes give you:

  • Modifications tailored to your body

  • Extra accountability and connection

Can’t make it live? No problem just do the weekly scheduled B Strong class on your own time.

Build full-body strength using simple, effective movements with clear instruction and smart progressions. Options are always offered so you can adjust intensity and feel supported while building confidence and strength.

Cardio Mix (1x per week)

Low-impact cardio • Rebounder optional

Get your heart rate up in a way that feels fun and doable. Cardio Mix can be done with or without a rebounder, making it accessible no matter what equipment you have.

Pilates Mix (1x per week)

Pilates- & barre-inspired • Low-impact

Pilates Mix blends Pilates- and barre-inspired movement to strengthen the core, improve posture, and support mobility—helping your body feel aligned, balanced, and refreshed.

When does the challenge start?

The challenge officially launches February 1, but you can start right away or jump in anytime that works for you.

Do I need a rebounder?

No. Cardio Mix classes can be done with or without a rebounder.

What equipment do I need?

Minimal equipment only. Dumbbells and/or resistance bands are helpful for B Strong, but options are always provided.

I’m a beginner—can I do this?

Absolutely. Every class includes modifications and variations so you can adjust based on your experience, energy, and comfort level.

What if I miss workouts or fall behind?

That’s why you get 14 weeks of access for a 10-week program. Life happens. Use the calendar as a guide—not a rulebook.

Is this traditional Pilates or barre?

Pilates Mix is Pilates- and barre-inspired. It focuses on core strength, posture, control, and mobility—Studio B style.

Will this renew automatically?

  • Program Access: No. It does not auto-renew.

  • Monthly Membership: Yes, it auto-renews monthly until you cancel.

What if I can't make the LIVE classes?

No problem.  They will be the same programming as the pre recorded B strong for that week.  The only difference is we will be doing it live together.  

Can I do more cardio?

150 minutes of med intensity exercise is recommended per week.  So we highly recommend doing the weekly cardio mix video multiple times to meet that requirement and practice the choreography.  ​
